Snake River Fishing Report

May 2, 2022: 

  • River Flow: 3,050 cfs

Follow are increasing daily, fishing is still productive nymphing. Heavier nymphs are a must, Copper Johns and Duracells have been producing nice fish. 

April 9, 2022: 

  • River Flow: 1,370 cfs

Due to winter like days the dry fly fishing has slowed down some, Nymphing is still producing some nice fish. Copper Johns and Duracell's have been working well.

April 9, 2022: 

  • River Flow: 1,270 cfs

Spring fishing has been very productive with the warmer days in Jackson, Wyoming. Large amounts of fish are holding within the inside edge of the main seams.  

  • Nymphing in the morning has been productive until about 11. Large midge hatches are seen throughout the day after that. Smaller chubby patterns are also picking up larger trout.
